Steven McAninch

Steven McAninch is an experienced professional in operations and management within the fitness and service industries. Currently serving as General Manager at THE WELL since June 2023, Steven oversees all operational functions of multiple studios, including a comprehensive project management role for new business modalities. Previously, Steven held senior management positions at Barry's from May 2018 to May 2023, where responsibilities included achieving monthly attendance and sales goals, training new hires, and managing a team of 70. Steven's early career includes roles at SoulCycle Inc. and Equinox, where customer service, staff management, and conflict resolution were key responsibilities. Steven holds a BBA in Marketing from LIM College and an AAS in Business Administration and Management from Jamestown Community College.
