Celeste Mondo is a seasoned HR and Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager at The Wellington Group Inc. since April 2008, Celeste specializes in HR consulting, placement services, and the design of Recruitment Process Outsourcing strategies. Prior to this role, Celeste was the Principal Talent Acquisition Consultant at CAM Consulting from 2004 to 2008, working with notable clients such as Allstate Insurance and OfficeMax, Inc. Celeste also spent nearly a decade at JPMorgan Chase as a Human Resource Officer, focusing on candidate pipeline development and recruitment process counseling. Celeste holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Judson University, along with certifications as a Certified Internet Recruiter and in Banker Essentials.
