Christopher Thomas ASCC is an experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach currently working with multiple rugby teams, including the Wales Women's Team and Scarlets Rugby. In addition to these roles, Christopher serves as a Youth Athletic Development Coach at Unit9 gym, focusing on athletic development for youths aged 11-17. With a strong background in coaching, Christopher has also contributed to Swansea University Rugby, managing day-to-day programming for both male and female teams. Prior to his coaching career, Christopher held management positions at ACS Industrial & Mechanical Engineering Services Ltd and Wolseley Industrial Group, showcasing a diverse skill set that includes project management and technical advisory roles. Christopher holds an MSc in Advanced Coaching in Strength and Conditioning and a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of South Wales, along with a BTEC in Sports Science from Neath College.
