Dafydd Myrddin Hughes is an experienced professional in network engineering and sports coaching. Currently serving as a Network Engineer at Openreach BT since November 2015, Dafydd also holds a longstanding role as a Player and Coach Developer with Rugby since September 2000. As a Coach Educator/Trainer with the Welsh Rugby Union since January 1999, Dafydd delivers UKCC level 1, 2, and 3 coaching courses across North Wales. Previous positions include Specialist Behaviour Support Teacher at Gwynedd Council and Play Ranger Project Manager at North West Wales Play Forum. Dafydd's initial role in rugby development was as a Community Rugby Development Officer with the Welsh Rugby Union from April 2001 to May 2008. Education includes attendance at Glan-Y-Mór, Pwllheli from 1989 to 1994.
