Lisa Neumann is an accomplished International Rugby Player, currently representing Wales in both 15s and 7s formats since January 2022, transitioning to full-time play after part-time engagement from 2018 to 2021. Previously, Lisa played for Gloucester Rugby in the Allianz 15s Premiership from June 2020 to March 2022, with an ongoing role at Gloucester-Hartpury. In addition to a successful sports career, Lisa has extensive experience in clinical data management, serving as a Clinical Data Scientist at Cmed Clinical Services and a Senior Clinical Trials Data Manager at The University of Manchester, where responsibilities included developing databases and ensuring data integrity. Earlier roles include Clinical Trials Data Manager at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust and Senior Beach Lifeguard at RNLI, demonstrating leadership and teamwork skills gained through diverse experiences. Educationally, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biomedical Sciences from The University of Manchester.
