Victoria Hughes

Victoria Hughes is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Group Senior Executive Assistant at the Welsh Rugby Union since May 2023. Previously, Victoria held the position of Executive Personal Assistant at Wales & West Housing from January 2019 to May 2023 and served as Senior Executive Assistant at Broomfield & Alexander Ltd from January 2016 to January 2019. Victoria began a career at Linc Cymru as a Personal Assistant from April 2010 until January 2016. Victoria holds a Bachelor’s Degree, Foundation Degree in Business Studies from the University of South Wales, which was completed between 2013 and 2015.
