Nick Crombie

Nick Crombie is a seasoned compliance and risk management professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and protection industry. Currently serving as the Compliance Policy and Advice Manager at The West Brom since August 2024, Nick previously held key positions at The Right Mortgage and Protection Network as Head of Quality, Policy & Risk and Compliance Manager. Nick's career also includes expertise as a Field Compliance Manager at Mortgage Advice Bureau, where supervision and coaching of a team of 50 advisers ensured regulatory adherence and risk mitigation.
