Sourish Mukherjee

Sourish Mukherjee is an experienced professional in legal services, corporate governance, and financial management. Currently serving as the Head of Secretariat and Legal Services at West Brom Building Society since January 2025, Sourish has also held the position of Principal Advisor at SL Organisation Ltd. since October 2016, where a focus on principal management and market development has been established. Prior roles include Deputy Company Secretary at Monmouthshire Building Society, Corporate Governance Professional at Semperian PPP Investment Partners, and Management Accountant at DelAgua Group, among others. Sourish holds a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute designation, an LLM in Corporate Law from the University of Portsmouth, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
