Joshua Shuttlesworth

Joshua Shuttlesworth, JD, MBA, is an experienced management and program analyst currently working for the USDA, where responsibilities include developing and implementing policies related to management improvement and compliance. As the owner and consultant at JPS Consulting LLC since 2006, Joshua manages a wide range of landman operations across eleven states, including title research and government compliance. Joshua has a long-standing role with the Triune-Halleck Fire Department, serving as Fire Chief and overseeing a budget of $150,000 while leading significant training initiatives and service expansions. Additional roles include serving as a CBRN/Technical Rescue Subject Matter Expert for L2 Defense, assisting the WV Regional Response Team as a Haz-Mat/US&R Team Member, and function as an Urban Search & Rescue Training Instructor with the US Army.
