Jennifer Winter

Jennifer Winter currently serves as the AVP of Human Resources at Western Reserve Group, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the VP and Manager of HR & Training at Wayne Savings Community Bank from May 2016 to June 2022. Jennifer has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as the Human Resource Manager at LifeCare Hospice and Hospice of North Central Ohio, as well as holding earlier positions as a Human Resource Generalist at Hendrickson and a Human Resource Graduate Intern at Goodyear. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
