Travis Hemmen

Travis Hemmen currently serves as the Director and General Manager for Westervelt Ecological Services and as President of WES, LLC at The Westervelt Company since January 2022. With extensive experience in ecological services, Travis holds the position of Vice President at Westervelt Ecological Services since April 2018 and has previously served as Past President of the Ecological Restoration Business Association. Starting in August 2006, Travis has been integral to the sales and marketing efforts within Westervelt Ecological Services, focusing on business development and client support regarding environmental permits and mitigation processes. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Pulte Homes overseeing environmental permitting and compliance, as well as a Project Manager position at Jones & Stokes managing state and federal permitting. Travis earned a Master’s degree in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Ethics from the University of Northern Iowa.
