Alyson Lavin

Alyson Lavin has extensive experience in the hospitality and marine fields. Currently serving as a Reservations Agent at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa since December 2015, responsibilities include managing a team, addressing guest concerns, and training new staff. Previous roles at the same resort include Front Desk Supervisor and Front Desk Agent, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes internships at Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and Squalus Inc., where animal care and training were primary responsibilities. Alyson Lavin also contributed to academic settings as a Student Grader at Coastal Carolina University and assisted with dolphin migration research as part of the GK-12 Fellowship. Alyson Lavin holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science from Coastal Carolina University, obtained in 2015.
