Lisa Ripley-Connors has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, primarily with The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa since December 1987, currently serving as Banquet Captain. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating banquet services, overseeing coffee breaks, and fulfilling on-call captain duties. Previous roles include Executive Meeting Specialist at Westin La Paloma and Banquet Captain at the South Carolina Yacht Club, where Lisa oversaw the formal dining room and introduced various banquet functions. Lisa holds an Associate's degree in Interior Design and Hospitality from Mount Ida College and an Associate's degree in Hospitality and Recreation Marketing Operations from Pima Community College.
