Mark McSteen

Mark McSteen has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Mark worked as the Director of Finance at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa from 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal for a Hospitality Consultant firm specializing in finance, franchising, operations, and asset management until 2017. From 2014 to 2016, Mark held the position of Vice President, Franchisee Engagement & Industry Relations at the International Franchise Association, where they successfully increased franchisee membership by 43%. Mark also has extensive experience at Marriott International, where they held various roles such as Vice President Owner and Franchise Services from 2000 to 2013 and Senior Director, Market Finance from 1995 to 2000. Mark began their career at Marriott International as the Assistant Director of Finance & Accounting in 1981 and later became the Director of Finance and Accounting from 1984 to 1994.
