Michele Marsee

Michele Marsee has a broad range of experience in sales and marketing roles in the hospitality industry. Michele currently serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa, a position they started in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Agency Development Manager at Colonial Life, providing support to employees during unexpected events. Michele also served as a Board Director at the Las Vegas Hospitality Association and as the Director of Sales at Embassy Suites Convention Center Las Vegas. Michele has held various other sales and management positions at prestigious hotels and casinos in Las Vegas, including Springhill Suites by Marriott, Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel, Playlv Gaming Investments, The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, Golden Nugget Las Vegas, and Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Michele'swork experience spans from 2004 to the present.

Michele Marsee obtained an Associate in Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Valencia College, where they attended from 1982 to 1984. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising with a minor in Communications at Florida State University from 1984 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, Michele Marsee obtained a certification as a Resident Producer from the State of Nevada - Division of Insurance in December 2021.
