Karen Adams

Karen Adams is an experienced professional in catering management with over 20 years of expertise in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Catering Manager at The Westin Long Beach since July 2007, Karen has previously held positions including Catering Manager at Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort from 2006 to 2007, Director of Catering at The Coast Hotel from November 2003 to July 2006, and Convention Services/Catering Manager at The Queen Mary from January 1996 to February 2003. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English American Literature from UC San Diego, earned between 1980 and 1984, and graduated from Palos Verdes High School from 1976 to 1980.
