Kelsey Melnick

Kelsey Melnick is a Senior Rooms Operations Manager at The Westin Seattle, where they have been working since April 2023. Prior to this, Kelsey worked at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. as an Assistant Manager Room Operations in the Concierge/Guest Recognition department. Before that, they held the position of Sales Manager at Oxford Suites & Hotels and also worked at Marriott Hotels as a Total Rooms Operations Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor/Retail, and Guest Service Agent. Kelsey began their career at Hampton Hills Apartments as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for assisting in multiple departments. Kelsey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Washington State University in 2017.
