Chris Draper

Chris Draper has a long and impressive work experience in the hospitality industry. Chris started their career in 1989 as the Executive Director of Food and Beverage at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & SPA. Chris then moved on to become the Regional Director of Food and Beverage at Hyatt Beaver Creek and held this position until 2005. In 2005, they served as the General Manager at both Hyatt Arlington and Hyatt Hotels. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as the Executive Director of Food and Beverage at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. In 2008, they joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as the General Manager and stayed with them until 2016. Finally, in 2009, they became the Managing Director at Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa / Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President / Regional Operations at Azul Hospitality Group, a position they started in 2019.

Chris Draper completed an Associate degree in Air Frame and Power Plant from California Coast University from 1982 to 1985.
