Alexandra Sharp-Walker has a diverse work experience in various roles, primarily focusing on people development and talent management. Alexandra is currently working as the People Director at Westmorland Family since 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Organisational Talent and Learning Development Manager at Welcome Break from 2008 to 2020. In these roles, they were responsible for designing and delivering training programs, managing training managers, and implementing various people solutions. Before that, they worked as the Learning and Development Officer for O2 at Ventura from 2006 to 2008. Alexandra also has experience in the hospitality industry, having served in various management roles at Yates Group PLC from 2000 to 2006.

Alexandra Sharp-Walker attended Leeds Beckett University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education. Prior to that, they studied at Hall Cross Comprehensive in Doncaster.
