Catherine Lee

Catherine Lee is an experienced professional in ethics and sustainability, currently serving as the Head of Ethics & Sustainability at The White Company since July 2023. Prior to this role, Catherine led Ted Baker's Global ESG strategy from September 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included building the sustainability roadmap and engaging teams. Catherine's expertise in compliance and ethical trade was further developed as a Senior Ethical Trade Specialist at Ted Baker and as Senior Ethical Trade Partner at ASOS.com, managing a team focused on ethics for brands. Earlier roles at TOPSHOP TOPMAN and Marks and Spencer involved coordinating ethical initiatives and conducting factory audits. Catherine holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Portsmouth, completed in June 2004.
