Lydia Philpott has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles.

Starting in 2006, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Fat Face for five years. Following that, from 2008 to 2011, they gained experience as a Gymnastics Coach at Glasgow Life.

In 2012, Lydia became the Department Manager at Decathlon Internacional, where they were responsible for managing a department specializing in running and fitness clothing and equipment.

Finally, in 2020, Lydia joined Co-op as a Member Pioneer.

Lydia Philpott completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Strathclyde from 2007 to 2011. In 2017 and 2018, Lydia attended Bath Spa University, where they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) focused on Secondary Education and Teaching.
