Sarah Heath

Sarah Heath is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and people management. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at The White Horse Federation since November 2017, Sarah has progressed from roles such as Associate HR Business Partner and Human Resources Advisor within the same organization. Previous experience includes positions as a Human Resources Assistant at both the University of Essex and Essex County Fire and Rescue Service, and a Human Resources Administrator at npower. Additionally, Sarah worked as a Customer Relations Specialist at Thames Water for nearly six years. Education includes CIPD Level 5 in HR Management from New College Swindon, CIPD Level 3 in HR Practice from Suffolk New College, and ongoing studies for CIPD Level 7 in Senior People Professional at Crosby Training since January 2022.
