Kyser Blakely

Kyser Blakely serves as a Policy Advisor at The White House since 2025, bringing a rich background in legal and policy experience. Prior to this role, Kyser was a Supreme Court and Appellate Litigation Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from 2021 to 2025. Additionally, Kyser held the position of Deputy Solicitor General at the Ohio Attorney General's Office as a Simon Karas Fellow from 2020 to 2021 and served as a Law Clerk to Judge Sandra Ikuta in the U.S. Courts of Appeals from 2019 to 2020. Earlier in the career, Kyser was a Corporate Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 2018 to 2019. Kyser holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Pepperdine Caruso Law, an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Sonoma State University.
