Luke Farrell

Luke Farrell is a Senior Advisor for Technology & Delivery at the Domestic Policy Council of The White House, providing guidance on implementing high-priority domestic policies. Previous roles include Product Lead at the U.S. Digital Service, where significant initiatives included renewing Medicaid for millions and delivering food benefits, and Product Manager addressing urgent issues such as the infant formula shortage. Farrell's experience extends to roles at Google, where critical crisis response strategies were developed, and as a Mathematics Researcher at Duke University focused on gerrymandering. Additional commitments include serving as a Board Member on the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture Governance Board, shaping health coverage standards for over 80 million Americans. Farrell holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Neuroscience from Duke University.
