Philip Kim

Philip (김제중) Kim is an experienced professional in political engagement and public service, having held multiple roles at The White House, including Special Assistant to the President and Director of Political Engagement, as well as Senior Advisor in the Office of Public Engagement. Philip has served as the White House Liaison for AmeriCorps and held positions at the U.S. Department of Education, including Deputy White House Liaison. Additionally, Philip was part of the Biden-Harris Transition Team and worked as the Western Regional Deputy Director for Biden for President. Philip holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Berkeley.
