Sofia Godoy serves as a Digital Response Analyst in the Office of Presidential Correspondence at The White House since May 2024. Previously, Sofia held an internship in the same office during the summer of 2023. As a Líderes Avanzando Fellow at UnidosUS from August 2022 to April 2023, Sofia developed federal policy recommendations aimed at enhancing mental health services in K-12 schools, focusing on racial equity, and presented these recommendations to Congressional offices. Additional experiences include internships with Legal Aid Service of Broward County, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the Florida House of Representatives. Sofia also served as President of the Yale International Relations Association, managing a large organization with a significant budget and global reach. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Ethnicity, Race, and Migration at Yale University, Sofia also holds certificates in Human Rights and French.
