Neal Silas

Neal Silas is an accomplished professional in the kitchen and bath design industry, currently serving as the Owner of Elite Kitchen and Bath Design since February 2019. With additional experience as a Kitchen and Bath Designer at Decor Design Works since June 2016 and a longstanding role in security at The Whitestone Group since April 2012, Neal has diversified expertise. Previously, as a Kitchens Designer and General Manager at Vintage Cabinetry from February 2007 to November 2011, Neal managed a team of 14 employees, oversaw various business operations, conducted interviews, and played a key role in closing sales. Education was completed at Kempsville High in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
