Constanza Pachon, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Constanza also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations at Larta, where they managed financials, operations, fundraising, and business development, leading to significant financial turnaround and program consolidation. Additionally, Constanza worked as a Senior Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank, assisting in the design of instruments for developing innovation ecosystems in Latin America. Constanza also gained experience in international trade and economic development through roles at the Los Angeles Mayor's Office of International Trade, World Trade Center Los Angeles, UNDP, and Economia & Finanzas, Ltda.

Constanza Pachon, MBA received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2000. Constanza pursued further studies and obtained a Masters degree in Economics from the same university in 2001. In 2002, they earned a Certificate in International Trade from UCLA. Later, they pursued an MBA specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from UCLA Anderson School of Management, completing their degree in 2011.
