Brian has been with Widewaters since 1999. He is responsible for leading development/acquisition activities and oversight of project development for the Southeastern United States. He began his career at Widewaters’ New York headquarters, subsequently moving to Charlotte, NC to open their regional office in 2007. Brian has overseen 2+ million square feet of commercial development, including retail, multifamily, and hospitality projects. Prior to joining Widewaters, Brian worked for Hannaford Brothers and Ames Department Stores, in management and providing real estate/market analysis. Brian graduated with a degree in Economics from Siena College in Loudonville, NY.
