Jim is the Vice President of Retail Leasing and has been with Widewaters since 1993. He is responsible for Widewaters Retail Leasing and Tenant Representation Services. Jim and his team are primarily responsible for identifying and recruiting potential tenants and retailers. Widewaters Tenant Representation provides exclusive representation to numerous national and regional retailers. Jim is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Prior to joining Widewaters, Jim was employed by Pyramid Brokerage. Jim has a Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Oswego.
