Tracy is a Leasing Agent and has been with Widewaters since 1999. Tracy’s strength includes developing solid market knowledge across the state, assessing retail needs, and sourcing compatible tenants. Tracy handles business negotiations from the onset through the lease process and construction phases. She also handles third-party projects for exclusively listed properties. Tracy is also a Tenant Representation broker and handles the real estate needs for many national tenants throughout New York state. Prior to joining Widewaters, Tracy was employed by Pyramid Management Company as a Leasing Representative. Tracy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York. Tracy is an alumnus of SUNY Delhi’s Hospitality Program.
