The Administrative and Office Team at The Wilbury Theatre Group manages daily operations, financial oversight, and strategic planning. The Secretary handles correspondence and record-keeping, the Treasurer oversees financial matters and budgeting, the President provides overall leadership and direction, and the General Manager (GM) ensures smooth operational execution and staff coordination.
