Paul McCay

Paul McCay is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and management within the social services and housing sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive of The Wilf Ward Family Trust since March 2013, Paul has previously held significant roles including Operations Director at both Papworth Trust and St Martin of Tours Housing Association, as well as Supported Housing Manager at Cambridge City Council. With an MBA in Management & Business Studies from Cranfield University and various qualifications in social work and social policy, Paul possesses a comprehensive educational foundation that supports a dedicated career focused on enhancing community services and supported living.
