Andrew Watts is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in Commercial Property transactions. Currently serving as a Partner in the Real Estate Team at The Wilkes Partnership since March 2016, Andrew specializes in acquisitions, disposals, and Landlord and Tenant matters. Previous roles include Associate Solicitor at Brethertons Solicitors LLP, where responsibilities encompassed general commercial property work, banking finance, and the health sector, as well as serving as a Commercial Property Lawyer at Alsters Kelley LLP, focusing on health centre developments and related property issues. Andrew’s career began at Shakespeare Putsman as an Associate, following a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Birmingham and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from De Montfort University.
