Pam Sidhu

Pam Sidhu is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Partner and Head of Business Immigration at The Wilkes Partnership Solicitors since May 2023, specializing in business immigration law and senior employment law. Previously, Pam led the Business Immigration department at The Wilkes Partnership from June 2019 to May 2023, providing guidance on global workforce issues for UK and foreign clients. From April 2013 to May 2019, Pam was Head of Employment, establishing a team of specialist employment lawyers to support various clients, including employers and executives. Prior to joining The Wilkes Partnership, Pam worked as a Relationship Manager at the Solicitors Regulation Authority, focusing on legal risk and compliance for top UK law firms, and as a Consultant Solicitor at Paul Hastings LLP, offering employment advice to major US firms. Pam’s early career includes a Senior Associate role at Pinsent Masons and a Trainee Solicitor position at Eversheds. Pam holds an LLB (Honours) from the University of Bristol and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Birmingham.
