Matt O'Brien

Matt O'Brien has a strong background in the lighting and electrical industry. Matt began their career at WESCO Distribution in 1992, where they worked as an Inside Sales representative for two years. In 1993, O'Brien joined The Will Group (TWG) as Vice President, overseeing multiple companies within the industry. Matt played a significant role in transforming TWG into a leading provider of complete industry solutions. In 2019, O'Brien was promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer at The Will Group. Additionally, O'Brien co-founded TWG Infrastructure Solutions, formerly known as Lighting Solutions of Illinois, in 1993.
