Ellen Turner is the founder and CEO of The William Everett Group. Ellen has over 25 years of experience in project management, assessment, and administration.

Ellen began their career in public administration, working as a project manager for a large county government in Illinois. In this role, they oversaw the software selection and implementation for a $9 million property tax reinvention initiative. This project required the coordination and integration of three county offices, two of which were led by elected officials. Ellen was responsible for managing the relationships with these officials, as well as the vendor staffing, requirements, and development for the project.

After successfully completing this project, Ellen went on to consult for other governments and organizations on their property tax initiatives. In 2014, they founded The William Everett Group, a consulting firm that specializes in property tax consulting services. Under their leadership, The William Everett Group has become one of the leading firms in this space, with a team of experienced professionals who are committed to helping their clients save money and improve efficiency.

Ellen Turner received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Miami University and a Master of Arts in Political Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Ellen also has a certification from APMG International in Change Management.
