Brian Chase

Brian Chase has over a decade of experience in franchise operations, most recently serving as Director of Franchise Operations for California Tortilla. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of Franchise Business Consultants to provide support to 50+ franchise restaurants. Brian specializes in fostering and maintaining healthy and honest business relationships with franchisees that effectively yield positive results. Brian has also served on the quarterly territory meeting within the franchise community, helping to facilitate discussions on topics such as operational and marketing updates, new product training and guidance, a collaboration of best practices, and sales/profit driving initiatives. In addition, they have developed and maintained quarterly compliance QSCC (Quality, Service, Culture, Cleanliness) inspection forms designed to hold franchisees accountable for complying with brand standards while driving sales and profitability. Brian is currently the Director of Dash In Operations at The Wills Group.

Brian Chase has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree from State University of New York College at Plattsburgh. Brian majored in Accounting and Business/Management for their MBA and Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management for their Bachelor's degree.
