Stephanie L. Reel

Stephanie Reel was elected to The Wills Group Board of Directors in 2018. She is the Chief Information Officer for all divisions of the Johns Hopkins University and Health System. Ms. Reel was appointed Vice Provost for Information Technology and CIO for Johns Hopkins University in January 1999. She is also Senior Vice President for Information Services for the Johns Hopkins Health System, and Senior Vice President and CIO for Johns Hopkins Medicine, positions she has held since 1994. As CIO, Ms. Reel manages an annual budget of more than $250 million; she leads the implementation of the strategic plan for information services, networking, telecommunications, as well as clinical, research, and instructional technologies across the enterprise. Ms. Reel graduated from the University of Maryland and holds an M.B.A. from Loyola University in Maryland.
