Laura Broffman is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in environmental studies and organizational management. Currently, Laura serves as the Operations Manager at The Wily Network, where responsibilities include ensuring smooth organizational function and providing necessary resources for staff. Previous roles include Operations Coordinator at 350 MASS for a Better Future, where Laura planned logistics for webinars, created content, and conducted research on environmental policies. Earlier experience includes internships at Waltham Recycling Department, Lemberg Children's Center, and Harvard Forest Research, focusing on environmental education, community engagement, and field research. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Sociology from Brandeis University.

The Wily Network
The Wily Network works with students who are navigating college independently. We offer weekly clinical coaching, financial assistance, community-building, and networking opportunities to help Wily Scholars move from surviving to thriving. Wily Scholars bring unique experiences, challenges, strengths and goals to the college journey. Some have experienced homelessness or foster care, some have been denied family support due to their sexual orientation or gender identity, some have lost their parents, and some have family members dealing with addiction, mental illness or incarceration. All are talented and motivated, and all are braving college on their own. Wily works to ensure Scholars have the tools and networks necessary to thrive in four-year residential colleges and transition successfully into post-college life.
