Jennifer Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and law. Jennifer currently holds the position of Chief Talent Officer at Windquest Group since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at University of Michigan Health-West from October 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining University of Michigan Health-West, they worked at Metro Health where they held multiple roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer from November 2019 to October 2021, Vice President of Human Resources from January 2019 to November 2019, and Associate General Counsel from July 2017 to December 2018.

Jennifer'searlier experience includes working as an Attorney specializing in Labor and Employment at Hall Render from May 2010 to July 2017, where they represented hospitals and employers in employment-related cases and provided legal counsel on various employment matters. Jennifer also worked as an Attorney in the Labor and Employment Group at Dykema Gossett PLLC from March 2003 to May 2010, where they defended employment cases and advised private employers on employment-related issues.

Jennifer Gonzalez earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Michigan from 1994 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from Santa Clara University School of Law, which they completed from 1999 to 2002.
