Javiera Patterson

Javiera Patterson has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Employment Manager at Windsor Court Hotel since November 2011, with previous roles including HR Generalist, Employment Coordinator, and F&B Manager on Training. Javiera has also worked as a server in The Grill Room, where responsibilities included training new F&B staff and enhancing wine and food knowledge. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Service Supervisor at U.S.E Chile, managing customer service departments across various offices, and holding positions as a J1 student at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in both Concierge and Hostess roles. Javiera holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Duoc and has educational experience from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad de Playa Ancha, along with a high school diploma from Colegio Nacional Villa Alemana.
