Caroline MacLachlan

Caroline MacLachlan is an experienced educator currently serving as the Lead Teacher for English Language Arts and Social Studies at The Windward School since August 2022. Previous roles include Teacher in Residence at Teneo and Security Risk Analyst at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where Caroline also worked as a Conflicts Analyst. Additional experience includes a position as a Legal Recruiting Assistant at Clifford Chance, an Assistant Designer at Holy Cross Cantor Gallery, and various internships in the art and culinary sectors. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Art and Architectural History from the College of the Holy Cross, completed in 2019, and attended Loyola School from 2011 to 2015.
