Education Management Team

The Education Management Team at The Windward School is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective implementation of the school's specialized instructional approach across all campuses. This team manages and coordinates academic programs, provides support and guidance to faculty, addresses student needs, and works to continuously improve educational outcomes for students with language-based learning disabilities. Their goal is to bridge the gap between students’ intellectual potential and their academic achievements, ensuring all children can succeed academically and thrive socially and emotionally.
