Daniele Einwohner-Kass, Ed.D., currently serves as the Head of Westchester Lower School and Head of Manhattan Campus Lower and Middle Schools at The Windward School since July 2021. Previous roles include Director of Curriculum and Instruction and Primary School Division Head at The Winston Schools of Short Hills from July 2014 to July 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing academic curricula for grades 1 - 8 and managing the Primary School Division. Daniele has experience as an educator and researcher at Walden University from August 2009 to June 2014, mentoring students in special education and publishing research. Other roles include Special Education Teacher for grades K - 5 at New Milford Board of Education and various teaching positions at institutions such as the Kennedy Child Study Center and The Little Red Schoolhouse. Daniele holds a Post-Doctorate Certification in School Management and Leadership from Harvard University, a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Walden University, and multiple degrees in education, including a BA in Education and Psychology from the University at Albany.
