Eric Ingram

Eric Ingram has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Their current role is the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Wine Group, a leading wine producer. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Del Monte Foods, where they were responsible for the human capital strategy. Before that, Ingram was the SVP Human Resources at Blue Diamond Growers, the largest almond company in the world. Eric also held leadership positions at Grocery Manufacturers Association and Nestlé Dreyer's Ice Cream. Earlier in their career, Ingram worked at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream and Frito-Lay. Eric started their HR journey in various aerospace companies.

Eric Ingram has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organization Communication from San Diego State University. Eric also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organization Communication from California State University, Long Beach. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Human Capital & Effective Organizations from the University of Southern California in 2013, and in Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2002.
