Matt Caldwell

Matt Caldwell has a diverse work experience in the wine industry. Matt started their career at Mountain Wine in 2004 as a Sales Representative. Matt then worked as a Winemaker at E&J Gallo Winery from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they joined Louis M. Martini Winery as an Assistant Winemaker from 2009 to 2013. Matt then moved to E. & J. Gallo Winery, where they served as a Financial Analyst from 2013 to 2016 and later became a Senior Financial Analyst. In 2016, they joined The Wine Group as a Regional Finance Manager. Matt held various roles at The Wine Group, including Finance Manager - Business Analysis and Director of Finance, Strategic Planning. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Strategic Planning at The Wine Group.

Matt Caldwell completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Fermentation Science and Enology at the University of California, Davis from 1999 to 2004. Matt then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 2009 and 2011.
