Wayne Mills

Wayne Mills is an experienced professional in the horticulture industry, currently serving as the Vineyard Operations Manager at The Winery at Bull Run since September 2014. With a long-standing entrepreneurial background, Wayne has owned and operated Wayne's Wholesale Nursery since April 1997, overseeing daily operations of a 2-acre greenhouse. Additionally, Wayne is the owner of Virginia Greenroofs LLC, a sister company to the nursery. Previously, Wayne held the position of Nursery Manager at Reston Farm Market Inc, where sales increased by 150% in the first year, and served as Head Grower at C&M Wholesale Nursery Inc. Wayne also founded Dulles Gardens Inc, which began as a part-time job in 1975 and evolved into a business purchased in 1978. Wayne's educational background includes studies at Northern Virginia Community College from 1975 to 1977.
