Carol Swanson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carol started their career as a Teacher at the Rockdale County Board of Education in 1983, and later joined the Department of Defense Education Activity as a Teacher from 1985 to 1988. Carol then transitioned to a role as an Assistant Project Manager at A.S.K. Associates from 1989 to 1991, where they supervised production and managed resources.
In 1995, Carol joined the American Red Cross as a Pheresis Donor Recruiter, where they recruited donors and worked with government agencies and media during emergencies. Moving forward, they joined Lender Processing Services, Inc. (LPS) in 2004 as a Document Recovery Analyst, responsible for assigning work orders, conducting quality reviews, and collaborating with various departments. Carol was then promoted to Human Resources Manager at LPS in 2005, where they managed the HR function for the organization.
Most recently, Carol Swanson took on the role of Human Resources Director at Winter Construction in July 2021. Given their extensive experience in HR, they are competent in recruitment, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and legal compliance. Throughout their career, Carol has demonstrated their leadership abilities and experience in strategic HR planning.
Carol Swanson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Georgia College & State University, which they attended from 1979 to 1982. Carol then pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management at Troy University, although the exact years of their enrollment are unknown.
