Joshua Holbert

Joshua Holbert is a Senior Project Manager at Winter Construction, where Joshua has been working since February 2007. Prior to Winter Construction, Joshua served as a Project Manager at PulteGroup from January 2004 to January 2007. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University. Additionally, Joshua attended The University of Georgia from 1999 to 2001.
